Professor Manfred Perlitz is an authority on Business Policy and Strategy, International Management, Innovation Management and Global Scenarios.
From 1980 to 1988, Professor Dr. Manfred Perlitz was Full Professor of Business Administration at the University of Bonn. From 1988 to 1991, he was head of the Enterprise Group of the University of Luneburg, Germany. In 1991 he became the Professor of Business Administration and International Management at the University of Mannheim. He was appointed Vice President of the University in 1995.
He has been a consultant to top national and international companies and organisations and also worked as a consultant to the German government (Kohl - Gorbachev negotiations) concerning Eastern European issues and German unification.
He is Visiting Professor at several international Universities including: Pennsylvania State University, Harvard Business School, University of California Berkeley, the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) , London Business School and many more.br>“Manager Magazin” named him as the most important professor of Corporate Strategy and International Management in Germany. He has written several books and numerous articles published in national and international press. He is also co-editor and board advisory member of the “European Management Journal”, “Business and The Contemporary World”, “Management Berater” and “USW-Schriftenreihe für Führungskräfte”.
