Prof. Dr. Norbert Bolz is a philosopher and media theorist and a professor at the Technical University of Berlin. Bolz is regarded as a pioneer of German media theory. He developed a media theory, the "Theorie der neuen Medien", that is influenced by Friedrich Nietzsche, Walter Benjamin and Marshall McLuhan. He is a well-known face in the world of the mass media and a widely recognized Futurist. He advises major companies on future trends and developments.
