Katja Diehl
Expert for inclusive and sustainable mobility
Katja Diehl is an author, presenter, journalist and expert on sustainable mobility as well as founder and host of the #SheDrivesMobility podcast. She is fully committed to the mobility transition.
She advises the Austrian Climate Protection Minister Leonore Gewessler, is on the advisory board of Winfried Hermann, Transport Minister of Baden-Württemberg, and is a member of the Federal Board of Verkehrsclub Deutschland e.V. (German Transport Club).
Katja Diehl studied literature, media studies and sociology at the University of Osnabrück and completed a Marketing Executive Programme at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster.
For over 15 years, she gained enormous experience in various areas of responsibility in the environmental, mobility and logistics sectors.
In 2020, Focus named her one of the "100 Women of the Year" and she was also named one of TUMI's (Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative) "Remarkable Women in Transport".
In 2019, Katja Diehl was one of the "25 LinkedIn TopVoices" in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Her topics are mobility, new work and diversity, her playing field is Twitter, she drives change in the transport industry and initiates relevant discussions.
